Max Conners (Sigourney Weaver) and her daughter Page (Jennifer Love Hewitt) are like devils when it comes to millionaire businessmen. Max, a master manipulator, uses her seductive daughter Page to lure in their targets. Their latest victim is the rude tycoon William Tensy (Gene Hackman), who is about to go through a messy divorce. However, things take an unexpected turn when Page falls in love with a charming bartender. Max is furious and will do whatever it takes to get her hands on Tensy's money. A fierce battle ensues, but will Max's greed destroy her relationship with her daughter in the process?
